Cabernet Sauvignon Maipo Valley

This Cabernet Sauvignon is born in the Maipo Valley, which is heavily influenced by the towering Andes Mountains, and by a Mediterranean climate, with significant daily temperature fluctuations. As a result we obtain a wine with notes of cherry, plum and cassis, all perfectly complemented by touches of vanilla. The finishing touch is 16 months of barrel aging in French oak. Mediterranean, with marked influence from the Andes.
