FIRST / General Background:
Casillero del Diablo will hold a contest called “Update Your Details” (hereinafter also "the contest"), which will take place from Tuesday, 30 July to Monday, 5 August 2024, through an emailing campaign.
SECOND / Participation Requirements:
All users of the Casillero del Diablo database who are of legal age in their country of residence and who meet the requirements of point THREE of these terms and conditions may participate in the draw.
THIRD / Mechanics and Requirements:
Casillero del Diablo users may participate by submitting their details in the form. Only those who complete all fields will be considered valid entries. Submission of this form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A winner of a year’s supply of Casillero del Diablo Reserva will be chosen from among all those who update their contact information.
FOURTH / Acceptance of Terms, Publication and Data Handling:
These Terms and Conditions are presented in full in the form sent by Casillero del Diablo, and users can access them directly via the link “Apply Terms and Conditions.”
These terms will be deemed fully understood and accepted by all persons participating in this contest, who waive the right to file any claim or action of any kind against Casillero del Diablo and/or anyone acting on its behalf.
At any time, participants may revoke their consent and object to the processing of their data, having the rights of access, deletion, modification or blocking of the same, in accordance with "Personal Data Protection" Law 19.628, and the IAB Chile code of conduct. However, if you exercise any of these actions and decide to object to the processing of your data, you will be immediately excluded from participating in this contest. To exercise these rights, the participant can contact the email remover@casillerodeldiablo.com and communicate their decision to revoke their participation.
FIFTH / Restrictions and Exclusions:
Persons who are employees of Casillero del Diablo, their direct family members, or staff working at the agency responsible for managing the brand's social media will not be eligible to participate in this contest.
SIXTH / Determination of Winner:
A list will be created with all participants who have met the mechanics described in point 2, in the form sent by Casillero del Diablo, and a random draw (via www.app-sorteos.com) will be held to select the winner at the office of the agency conducting the contest.
A winner of a year's supply of Casillero del Diablo Reserva will be drawn, and their name will be informed via email among all those who have updated their data and in the "Winners" section of the brand's link in bio on 5 August 2024: HTTPS://LNK.BIO/CASILLERODELDIABLO/ABOUT.
SEVENTH / Prize:
The prize consists of:
A year's supply of Casillero del Diablo Reserva, equivalent to 60 bottles of this line.
EIGHTH / Conditions to Claim the Prize:
After being notified, the winner will have a period of 10 business days to respond to the email sent by Casillero del Diablo. After receiving the response from the winner, Casillero del Diablo will manage the delivery of the prize, which will be sent to the winner. Casillero del Diablo will not deliver prizes to third parties. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other kind.
NINTH / Responsibilities:
All participants in the promotion expressly authorise Casillero del Diablo to allow the taking of photographs and/or the use of their name and image in publications about the contest, which will be shared on their social media.
TENTH / General Provisions:
Casillero del Diablo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions in whole or in part before or during any stage of the contest or to terminate the contest prematurely, informing its followers of the reasons for such a decision through its global Instagram account: Casillero Diablo.
Casillero del Diablo reserves the right to publish and disseminate by any means of communication or social media it deems appropriate the name and/or images of the winner of this contest. For these purposes, it may name, identify, photograph and/or film the winner without any compensation being required, whether in cash or any other kind of payment.
Furthermore, Casillero del Diablo and/or those acting on its behalf reserve the right to disqualify and initiate legal actions against any participant or person responsible if irregularities are detected during or after the contest, such as data falsification, impersonation, information alteration, simulation, etc.
For all legal purposes, Casillero del Diablo's domicile is in the city of Santiago.
