Eight varieties of Casillero del Diablo’s Reserva line achieved an outstanding participation, after being awarded as “Best Value” by the prestigious Chilean wine guide “Mesa de Cata 2013,” organized by La CAV (Club de Amantes del Vino).
This fact, new in the history of this publication, established Casillero del Diablo as the first wine brand in achieving eight “Best Value” for their different wine varieties.
Furthermore, Casillero del Diablo Shiraz 2011 stood out in the red wine category achieving 90 points, while the Sauvignon Blanc 2012 obtained the same score in the white wine category.
More than 1,200 samples from the principal Chilean vineyards were tasted and evaluated during 2012 by a demanding and renowned panel of experts.
These historical recognitions make evident the great consistency and quality that Casillero del Diablo’s different wine varieties have achieved for years.
