Casillero del Diablo launches a cinematographic campaign

The famous legend of Casillero del Diablo, one of the most known brands of Viña Concha y Toro, has been taken to the big screen, and is the first wine brand all over the world that has an attractive TV spot in the style of a film trailer.

With presence in more than 135 countries, Casillero del Diablo wanted to continue spreading its famous and historic legend, but this time in a different way, through a stylish script, in a modern format, with high impact and a great production, turning it into a contemporary thriller, in a pure Hollywood style.

“Casillero del Diablo has achieved a breakthrough at an international level because of the partnership with Manchester United, but we must not forget that the origins of this wine are in Chile and that it is part of the history of this country. We believe that with this advertisement we are achieving our intention of letting the people know the history of the wine, without leaving aside its internationalization,” declared Sebastián Aguirre, Marketing Manager of Premium Wines.

The video has as its main character a daring thief who visits an exhibition of luxury pieces with the only purpose of stealing one of the most prized objects: a bottle of Casillero del Diablo.

During 2013, the campaign will be released globally across on television, cinemas, digital and printed media.
